How do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the entrance.

What can I find inside?

See the rooms made famous on the hit TV show, including Willie’s office, the duck call room and the inside of the official Duck Commander warehouse. View never-before-seen photos, and memorabilia from the family’s private collection.

What is your return policy and are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable and will not be replaced if expired, destroyed or stolen.

How long does it take to get through Duck Commander The Experience?

The experience can take approximately 1 hour. However this time can vary.

Is there a coat check or lockers to store my personal items?

There is no coat check or lockers.

Do you offer wheelchairs?

We do not offer wheelchairs, but the experience is ADA accessible.

Are outside food and beverages permitted?

No food or beverage is permitted inside Duck Commander The Experience.

Do you have parking?

Yes. There is ample parking available.

Do you have any special promotions?

Yes. Through the year we will have special promotions and guests. Please check periodically on our website.

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes. Check at the ticket windows.

Can we bring pets?

No. Only service animals.

Do you offer a discount for military personnel?

Yes. Please show your card at the ticket window during purchase.

Are there group rates?

Yes. Groups of 10 or more.

Can I take photos?

No. We ask that no photography and video be taken during your time in Duck Commander The Experience.

Will there be someone from The Robertson family there for us to see?

Possibly. From time to time you may encounter a Robertson family member or someone from the television show.
